In light of the evolving COVID-19 outbreak, we would like to inform guests of the steps we are taking to ensure a safe and comfortable stay with us.
The safety and well-being of our guests is our absolute priority and as such we are taking the cleanliness of our apartments extremely seriously.
A priority is maintaining the highest of cleaning standards throughout our apartments, evidenced by an unrivalled 9.7 out of 10 score for cleanliness on Booking.com.
We would like to reassure guests our high hygiene standards have been further improved with housekeeping spending more time spent cleaning and sanitising our apartments.
Our team is closely following government and World Health Organisation advice to maintain the highest hygiene protocols and our team is committed to up keeping the highest levels of hygiene throughout our apartments.
Isolation and social distancing
Our secure entry system is entirely automated with guests using key codes to enter each apartment. Whilst we do have staff availability if necessary, guests may choose how interactive they are with staff and other guests.
We understand the disruption to travel plans and are supporting our guests during this uncertain period.
To give our guests more peace of mind and flexibility, we have amended our usual 30-day cancellation policy to 72 hours for any new bookings made with us directly at www.gordonmoonsuites.co.uk made after 20th March until April 30th.
We want all of our guests to feel safe staying with us and we know that events are currently developing on a daily basis.
